Mickaël Doucet, born in 1974 in Blois, France, is a Paris-based painter whose enigmatic works depict the interiors of contemporary villas temporarily abandoned by their occupants. In the absence of human figures, viewers can imagine themselves within Doucet’s immersive scenes.
